Payment methods
Worthing Theatres accept either Credit Card or Debit Card, although they do not take American Express. There is an admin fee of £1.50 per transaction if you choose to have your tickets posted. Collection from
venues is free. Email confirmation is sent to those who book online.
Obtaining your tickets
Tickets can be posted to the address specified by you, or you can collect them from the Assembly Hall Box Office which opens an hour before the concert, and closes 30 minutes after the start time. Alternatively, tickets can be printed in advance from any Worthing Theatres Box Office. Please bring a copy of your booking confirmation.
Tickets are sent by standard 2nd class post; please allow 5 working days for them to arrive. Worthing Theatres cannot be held responsible for any loss or delay due to postal services and will not be able to refund your postage, if tickets do not arrive in time for the event.
They can however arrange for duplicates to be available for collection at the box office on production of suitable ID.

Wheelchair Access and Carer
The Assembly Hall provides one free seat for those accompanying wheelchair users or for customers requiring assistance. Please register on Worthing Theatres Access Registry to receive a carer ticket. These tickets cannot be booked online.
